Drums Alive: Drumtastic
Who: kids ages 3-5
What: Drums Alive for kids is an exciting and interactive fitness program specially designed to engage children in rhythmical movement and energetic fun! Using drumsticks and rhythmic beats, kids get to dance, jump, and drum along, all while improving coordination, motor skills, and cardiovascular health. This dynamic activity fosters creativity, boosts confidence, and encourages teamwork as kids groove to the beat together. Drums Alive for kids is not just exercise – it's a thrilling adventure where children can unleash their energy, express themselves, and discover the joy of movement in a lively and supportive environment. Join us and let the rhythm ignite your child's passion for fitness and fun!

When: 4 week session starting Saturday October 12th until November 2nd at 11:30-12:30
