How do I know if my child needs occupational therapy? 

We offer free 15 minute phone consultations to determine if your child would benefit from an occupational therapy evaluation. From there, an evaluation report will be developed and a decision on qualification of services will be made. If your child qualifies for occupational therapy services, a treatment plan will be developed with goals and service areas.

Where do you provide your occupational therapy services? 

Skillful Sprouts provides our occupational therapy services in your home which is a child's natural environment. Working on building skills and developing independence in a comfortable environment allows for higher rates of success.

How far do you travel? 

Travel is included for up to 20 miles which is approximately 30 minutes of driving time. Skillful Sprouts does travel outside of that range for an additional fee.

Do you accept insurance? 

Due to the additional costs of reimbursement via insurance, Skillful Sprouts only accepts private pay. Forms of payment include check or Venmo.

Do you have a waitlist? 

Skillful Sprouts is accepting new clients and there are openings for scheduling. Certain days/times may have a waitlist.
