At Skillful Sprouts, we specialize in providing compassionate and personalized in-home direct occupational therapy services for children in their natural environments. Our mission at Skillful Sprouts is to empower children to thrive in their occupations by fostering independence and growth. We believe that a child's primary occupation is to be a kid, and we are committed to helping them achieve their goals through the power of play.

At Skillful Sprouts, we believe in using a holistic approach to therapy that focuses on enhancing developmental, functional, and academic skills. We utilize modifications, adaptations, and assistive technology as needed to support each child's unique needs and abilities.

OUR FOUNDER AND OWNER
Madison Welch, OT, MSOT, OTR
Madison, also known as Maddie, is a licensed Occupational Therapist. Maddie has experience in outpatient clinics, public schools, and private schools. Her clinical experience includes assessment and treatment of children with autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, developmental delays, feeding difficulties, ADHD, and other learning disabilities. Maddie loves working with children and their families to promote success and independence in their daily occupations.
